Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success as a manager or supervisor in the theatre, retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries.
• Proven ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• When on duty, the Assistant Manager is autonomously put in trust of the daily operation of the movie theatre.

They will be required to direct the operation, team members, and services in fulfillment of Company policies, procedures, and standards. The Assistant Manager is in charge of enriching the lives of people—team members and guests alike.

Job Requirements:

Formal Training/Skills:

High School diploma (or equivalent). Customer Service/Telephone Etiquette. Two years of managing experience. Team Building/Problem Solving. Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Office.

Job Preferences:

Movie Theatre experience. Associate's Degree in related field. Advanced computer skills. Advanced organization skills. Telephone etiquette skills. EPIC Theatres is a privately held motion picture theatre company based in Central Florida. EPIC currently operates 76 screens, at 6 sites. In 2013 the company embarked on a second expansion program and will be announcing the addition of more than 60 screens.
