Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Manager and lead the culinary operations of a vibrant, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure exceptional food quality, and maintain a seamless flow of service. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated culinary professional eager to manage a lively kitchen and make a positive impact on our guests' dining experience. Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills, safety practices, and customer service capabilities. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction. Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on kitchen operations. Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Shift4 POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, including interviewing, training, and performance management. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management within restaurant settings. Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the food industry. Evaluate and discipline kitchen personnel accordingly and making employment and termination recommendations.

$54,202.56 - $65,276.20 per year
