About CMX Cinemas Wellington and Cask and Shaker :
Located in the center of the dynamic community of Wellington at The Mall at Wellington Greens, this movie-goers favorite offers 10 auditoriums with reserved recliner seats, including a Dolby ATMOS auditorium. The entire family can enjoy a fun time out at one of the CMX Cinemas. As part of the movie theater, Cask + Shaker is the ultimate modern rustic gastropub, where guests can order specialty drinks and chef-crafted menu options to take with them inside the movies. American favorites and Southern fare inspire our recipes.
Job Requirements:
Management or supervisory experience in the theater, retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries; high volume experience preferred Must be able to demonstrate knowledge & experience in the following areas: building, coaching, and developing a team Hands-on leadership style Coaching and corrective action Understanding and skillful with: guest services & problem-solving Business Development - Driving/attracting business P&L impact - Cost controls, quality standards Teamwork Building relationships with staff, superiors, and guests Passion for and commitment to the theater/restaurant industry Entrepreneurial attitude and approach to thinking required to lead an emerging concept/brand (i.e. sees big picture, embraces critical thinking, quest for continuous improvement, innovative) Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them, even when there isn't a clear precedent or direction Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate directions and expectations to staff and management and has the sincere desire to build, coach, and develop successful teams Commitment to fostering an environment of superior guest service and quality; ability to successfully resolve guest service issues Basic technical aptitude and computer literacy to include the ability to operate point-of-sale software, scheduling software, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday Interest in future Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager positions and ability to relocate as needed for upward mobility strongly preferred Working for CMX Cinemas has some really great perks: Highly competitive wages and awesome tip-earning potentials for qualifying positions Health insurance available for full-time employees at affordable rates Disability and life insurance available at affordable rates 401K (Company Match) Free movie passes Meal discounts Great work environment Flexible hours Fun and challenging team member contests Recognition programs Professional career development opportunities based on performance CMX Cinemas is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, promoting diversity and inclusion of all as being foundational to our culture.
