Fresh Dough GA LLC is a well-funded operator of Papa John's restaurants in the greater Atlanta area, and we are recruiting a General Manager for our restaurant in Cleveland, GA. We firmly believe that to deliver on our promise of Better Ingredients Better Pizza, we need the best people! This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $52,000 , plus tips and monthly incentive bonuses based on store profits.

Medical insurance Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (2 weeks and grows from there) Paid Training Employee Discounts The General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the business from ensuring we deliver superior product quality, building and training the team, and providing excellent customer service. The GM is responsible for growing the restaurant's revenue and driving profitability so we can continue to invest in our business and our people. We'll support and help train you to set work schedules, order food and beverages, oversee food prep, and make sure we comply with health and safety regulations. You'll execute cash management duties, assist in the management of inventory to minimize waste, as well as manage our company's assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized. You'll be a role model for your team and exhibit grace under pressure during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and our customers have an outstanding experience and come back for more. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction. Promptly resolve customer concerns. Regularly review and drive improving product quality. Organize and supervise shifts. Recruit, train, and maintain customer-focused team. Follow all federal, state, and local laws and use ethical business practices. Build Papa John's good image and presence in the community. Ensure food, labor and other controllable costs stay within budget to manage profit goals. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste. Promote Papa John's in the local community. Manage the company's assets by keeping the restaurant clean, safe and organized. Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs when necessary. Estimate future needs for goods, smallwares, and cleaning products. Build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun. Key Ingredients Restaurant management or supervision experience is a must. A high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work nights and weekends. Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Able to comfortably lift 25 lbs. Able to stand for duration of shift. Ability to work with computers and technology. Cash Management effective management planning∨ganisation
