Front of House Manager We're a growing restaurant group with seven locations in Columbus, offering a range of dining experiences from casual to upscale. We're looking for a dedicated Front of House Manager who leads by example, brings a positive and professional attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining high standards, and working closely with ownership and the management team to help our restaurants continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop the FOH team through a hands-on, servant leadership approach Oversee daily FOH operations, including pre-shift lineups, service execution, and team communication Maintain high standards for guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation Address guest concerns professionally and ensure effective service recovery Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members Hold team members accountable to company standards and expectations Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet business needs Manage inventory, place orders, and help control food and labor costs Maintain an organized, positive, and team-focused work environment Work closely with ownership and other managers on operational improvements and new projects What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to lead by example Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable Availability to work a combination of day and evening shifts, as business needs require Position Details Full-time Day and night shifts available Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing restaurant group Benefits Eligible employees may receive: PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance- AFLAC plans 401(k) Retirement Plan
