Job Description
Head Chef / Kitchen Manager East Cobb | Marietta, GA 30068 A new restaurant is coming to East Cobb! We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Head Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen and help build a strong BOH team for our new location. Responsibilities Hire, train, schedule, and lead BOH staff Maintain consistent food quality, portions, and ticket times Manage ordering, inventory, food cost, waste, and prep Ensure recipes and presentation standards are followed Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health-code compliance Work alongside the team during busy shifts Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and ready for high-volume service Qualifications 8+ years of kitchen management experience preferred High-volume, full-service restaurant experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of food cost, inventory, purchasing, and labor ServSafe Manager certification preferred We're looking for a working kitchen leader, not someone who manages from the office. This is a great opportunity to help open and build our East Cobb location from the ground up.
