Overview

•Must have open availability and work every weekend. Schedule varies and are required to work 50 hours a week.

Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff scheduling to ensure smooth service flow. Supervise food preparation and kitchen activities to uphold quality standards and food safety regulations. Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems

TOAST POS

for accurate order processing and cash handling. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on food service procedures, customer service excellence, and safety protocols. Monitor inventory control to minimize waste, manage food production levels, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained. Support management in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations across all restaurant areas. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Strong knowledge of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and financial analysis related to profit & loss statements. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities suitable for managing hospitality teams.
