Flexible (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our lounge. The ideal candidate combines strong bar knowledge with proven leadership skills, keeping the team running smoothly while delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring smooth service and a great guest experience Manage bar operations, including staffing, service standards, and quality control Track and manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste/shrinkage Lead, train, and motivate bar and lounge staff Resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and effectively Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage Process transactions and manage sales reporting using Toast POS Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service compliance standards Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and promotions Requirements Prior bar experience required Strong inventory management skills Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with Toast POS system required Prior experience managing or working in a lounge setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for growth and advancement A dynamic, fast-paced work environment

$500.00 - $1,250.00 per week
