Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic FOH Assistant Manager and

FOH HEAD MANAGER

to lead our restaurant team to success! This pivotal role combines hands-on management with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a vibrant dining experience. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality while motivating staff to deliver outstanding service. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive team environment and driving profitability through efficient management practices. Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Lead and motivate the restaurant team by providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance performance and teamwork. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Manage food preparation processes, monitor food quality, and ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems such as

for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Conduct regular staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to build a skilled and motivated team. Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize revenue. Enforce health and safety protocols related to food handling, kitchen safety, and workplace sanitation. Support special events such as banquets or catering services when required to ensure seamless execution. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills; previous assistant manager experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions and reporting purposes. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control procedures, and food handling regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis; experience with food industry financials is advantageous. Hospitality management background with experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is desirable. Ability to train staff on food production standards, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
