Job Description

Doraku Sushi is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to help lead daily operations at our Kapolei location. This role oversees service, team leadership, guest experience, and overall restaurant operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We are looking for a proactive, organized leader and strong problem solver who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and leads by example while maintaining high operational and service standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service execution Lead, coach, train, and support front-of-house team members Manage scheduling, labor, shift coverage, and floor operations Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and food safety Address guest concerns and operational challenges professionally and efficiently Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development Assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily reporting Coordinate with kitchen leadership to maintain strong communication and service flow Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and positivity Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety standards Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth while delivering exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
