In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff scheduling to ensure smooth service flow. Lead and supervise team members, providing training, coaching, and development to foster a high-performing team. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations. Operate POS system Toast for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving guest concerns promptly and maintaining a positive dining experience. Support kitchen management tasks, including food production oversight, catering coordination, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Skills Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent team management and training abilities. Proficiency with POS system Toast and cash handling procedures. Deep understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling protocols. Strong communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and team leadership. 2 Years+ Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings with knowledge of culinary operations and kitchen management.
