We are looking for a Bar Operations Manager to oversee all bar operations including hiring, training, scheduling, ordering and all other daily functions. Your goal is to effectively direct the daily operations in a manner that will achieve our primary objective of creating a wonderful customer experience. This position earns a base pay plus tips.

CANDIDATE PREREQUISITES

Previous bartending experience is required Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Skills to train, coach, teach and motivate employees in her/his direct charge. Excellent customer service skills Outstanding organizational abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience using TOAST Effective time management and positive delegation skills
