We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing our shipping and fulfillment process using Shopify and UPS to ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for receiving incoming vendor shipments and conducting precise inventory counts. Secondarily, you will assist with product assembly to keep our stock ready for orders. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment & Shipping (Primary Focus) Process, pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders through Shopify. Generate shipping labels, manage packages, and coordinate daily pickups/drop-offs with UPS. Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and proper packaging standards. Safely operate a forklift to unload freight, move heavy materials, and organize warehouse stock.

Receiving & Inventory:

Receive incoming freight and vendor shipments, inspect for damage, and perform accurate physical counts before entering stock into inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse area. Assembly & Production (Secondary Focus) Assemble product components according to quality standards and specifications. Safely use hand tools, assembly fixtures, or small equipment. Monitor product quality during production to catch defects early. Track inventory levels for assembly components and communicate reorder needs.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1+ years in warehouse work, order fulfillment, receiving, or light assembly preferred.

Forklift Operation:

Ability to operate a forklift safely (or willingness to learn).

Software:

Experience with Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) and shipping tools preferred.

Detail-Oriented:

Exceptional attention to detail when checking SKUs, counting incoming inventory shipments, and packing orders.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.

Work Ethic:

Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively to meet daily UPS pickup deadlines.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
