Molo Petroleum and Helen's Bakery are seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Kitchen Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations within our food service division. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with the Helen's Bakery Manager and other food service leaders to ensure a positive, efficient, and successful operation. What You'll Do As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day success of the restaurant, including: Leading and developing a team of restaurant employees Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve their best Managing scheduling and staffing to support business needs Monitoring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Controlling food, labor, and operational costs Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and health standards Collaborating with leadership teams across the food service operation Addressing customer concerns professionally and effectively Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and guest satisfaction What Makes You Successful We're looking for someone who is: A natural leader with a strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and results-driven Positive, approachable, and team-focused Passionate about customer service Fair, consistent, and accountable Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and eager to learn new skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or higher preferred At least 2 years of management experience in a quick-service or fast-paced food service environment Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate employees Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience managing operational performance and analyzing business results Demonstrated success handling employee and customer concerns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds Bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions as needed Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and leadership Why Join Our Team?
