General Manager — Quick-Service Restaurant Keokuk, Iowa | Starting salary: $47,000 per year An established, multi-unit quick-service restaurant group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its locations. We're looking for someone who can build a strong team, run consistent shifts, and take ownership of the restaurant's results. What you'll be responsible for: Hire, train, schedule, and coach restaurant employees. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable. Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, cash handling, and operating standards. Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor. Identify problems, make practical plans, and follow through. What we're looking for: You're a hands-on leader who develops people, stays organized under pressure, and takes responsibility for results. Experience leading a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant is preferred. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and benefits:

Starting salary of $47,000 per year , increasing to $50,000 upon completing the company's General Manager certification Performance-based bonuses
