Your Restaurant Has Wheels There's no boring four-wall routine here. You'll travel throughout Iowa, experience different towns and communities, meet new people every day, and lead a team serving guests who often came specifically because they heard Cousins Maine Lobster is in town. But the fun comes with real responsibility. You're not simply driving the truck or working a shift. You're running the restaurant. You'll lead the crew, operate our commercial mobile unit, manage high-volume rushes, maintain cleanliness and food quality, deliver excellent hospitality, and make sure the entire operation runs smoothly from departure to the final guest. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a leader—someone dependable, responsible, energetic, and capable of taking charge of the operation.

You must:

Be 21 years or older Have a clean driving record Be comfortable driving a commercial box-style truck Speak English comfortably and communicate well with guests and employees Have previous leadership or management experience Be confident leading, directing, and motivating a team Be extremely reliable and punctual Understand that as a manager, missing a scheduled shift is not an option Be comfortable working weekends and in changing weather conditions Be willing to take ownership and responsibility for the operation Iowa gives us everything—beautiful summer days, cold winter days, festivals, busy weekends, and unpredictable weather. We operate year-round, so we need someone who can handle the adventure that comes with a mobile operation. We're looking for someone who wants stability, responsibility, and an opportunity to grow with an operation they can take real ownership of. Our minimum earning guarantee is $60,000 per year. The position starts with a $25/hour minimum guarantee ($18/hour base pay + minimum $7/hour guaranteed tips). And the opportunity goes well beyond the minimum. Depending on hours worked and actual tips earned, top managers can earn approximately $92,000 to over $100,000 per year.
