Copper Boar is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to oversee the daily restaurant operations. The GM will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, optimizing operational efficiency, managing and developing staff, and achieving financial goals. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a deep understanding of restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed. Staff Management Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff. Foster a positive and productive team culture through mentorship and performance management. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. Resolve staff conflicts and address disciplinary issues professionally. Customer Experience Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Financial Oversight Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and other key performance indicators. Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce operational costs. Manage cash handling and banking procedures. Marketing & Promotions Collaborate with marketing teams or manage local marketing efforts. Develop and implement promotions or events to drive customer traffic. Build community relationships to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior restaurant management role preferred. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and customer service principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems. Food Safety Certification and any required local licenses or certifications.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. May require standing for long periods and occasional lifting of items up to and exceeding 25 lbs. Benefits
