Job Description
```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server and Manager to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Manager, you will assist with other servers in service operation. Your main responsibilities will be to keep track of money, address any issues, and maintain the workflow of the restaurant. - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor tables and promptly attend to customer needs throughout their dining experience
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables simultaneously
