Full-Time Job Summary The Damm Bar & Grill is seeking an energetic restaurant and bar manager to oversee daily operations. You will lead our small team, optimize our POS systems, collaborate with the kitchen, boost our online presence, and book live entertainment to keep our floor buzzing. Key Responsibilities +
Operations:
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities +
Kitchen Collaboration:
Partner closely with the kitchen team to develop menu items, refine food presentation, and streamline ticket systems for maximum efficiency +
POS Management:
Maintain and optimize the Point of Sale ( POS ) system, including updating menus, tracking sales data, and troubleshooting basic technical issues +
Entertainment:
Scout, book, and schedule live music, trivia, and local entertainment acts + Social media: Create engaging content and manage postings across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok +
Staffing:
Hire, train, schedule, and motivate a tight-knit front-of-house team. +
