Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing budgets to meet financial targets. Skills Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Extensive background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or food industry settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction reconciliation. Strong understanding of inventory control, food safety management, and food production processes. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives. Demonstrated ability in managing hospitality teams with leadership in team training, shift management, and customer service excellence.
