We're looking for a motivated, dependable leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in high standards, and wants to grow in restaurant management. The Team Manager helps lead the restaurant during shifts, develops team members, creates great guest experiences, and works closely with the General Manager to keep the restaurant running at a high level. What You'll Do As a Team Manager, you will help lead the restaurant and make sure our team is delivering a great experience every shift.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and motivate the team during daily shifts Set the example for hospitality, teamwork, cleanliness, and work ethic Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, accurate service Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints professionally Train, coach, and develop team members Help new employees learn our systems, procedures, and standards Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety Help manage speed of service and restaurant flow Assist with team deployment and labor management Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed correctly Hold team members accountable to company standards Help identify and develop future leaders Monitor restaurant performance and help achieve daily goals Communicate important information to the General Manager Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has previous restaurant, hospitality, or leadership experience Enjoys leading and developing people Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership Is dependable and willing to hold themselves and others accountable Communicates clearly and professionally Can stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team Takes pride in cleanliness, food quality, and guest service Is comfortable learning and using technology Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous management experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has demonstrated strong leadership skills and is ready to take the next step in their career.
