This hands-on leadership role focuses on preparing high-quality food, leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering a fast, friendly, and convenient experience for every customer. - Flexible scheduling Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and food service program
- Prepare food and work alongside the kitchen team during busy shifts
- Train, coach, and support kitchen team members
- Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and product rotation
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for the kitchen
- Complete kitchen paperwork, temperature logs, and other required documentation
- Work with store leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented with a lead by example mindset
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service, restaurant, or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
