Beef Shack is looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Leader to help lead our team and keep the restaurant running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who has experience in restaurant environment, enjoys working with a team, and is ready to take on more responsibility. As a Shift Leader, you'll help oversee daily shifts, support and coach team members, maintain our standards for food quality and customer service, and make sure the restaurant stays clean, organized, and ready for business. What You'll Do Lead and oversee team members during assigned shifts Help manage opening and closing procedures Make sure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service Assign positions and responsibilities to employees throughout the shift Keep the team productive during busy and slower periods Train and support new and existing employees Assist with food preparation, cooking, cashiering, and other stations when needed Make sure Beef Shack recipes, portion sizes, and food quality standards are followed Monitor cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining room, drive-thru, and other restaurant areas Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues Assist with cash handling, register procedures, and end-of-shift responsibilities Communicate inventory, staffing, equipment, or operational issues to management Help reduce food waste and control portioning Make sure employees stay on task and follow company policies Work closely with our management to keep each shift running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, fast food, or customer service experience preferred Previous leadership or shift lead experience is a plus Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment Willing to work alongside the team and help wherever needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when needed

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
