Available Positions:

Shift Manager Starting wage: $16.00 per hour Average tips: $3.50 per hour Estimated starting compensation with average tips: $19.50 per hour Full-time opportunities available. This position is a great fit for someone who is ready to take on additional responsibility, help lead shifts, and begin developing as a manager.

Assistant General Manager:

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour Average tips: $3.50 per hour Estimated starting compensation with average tips: $21.50 per hour Monthly bonus equal to 3% of the store's profit Minimum of 30 hours per week, with 40 hours preferred This position is designed for an experienced leader who can work closely with the General Manager, help oversee store operations, and lead the team with minimal supervision. Tips are pooled and distributed based on hours worked.

Depending on your position and experience, your responsibilities may include: Providing excellent customer service and leading by example Helping run efficient day-to-day store operations Training, coaching, and motivating team members Creating a positive, energetic, and team-focused work environment Holding yourself and others accountable Monitoring cash-handling procedures Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant Working closely with the General Manager to achieve store goals Assisting with scheduling, ordering, labor management, and sales goals Helping ensure every customer receives a great experience
