This role combines management expertise with culinary passion, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety standards, and efficient service. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices. Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Coordinate shift management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated managerial skills with experience in supervising hospitality teams and managing restaurant operations. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles within a hospitality setting; ability to motivate teams effectively. Ability to analyze profit and loss statements, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
