$18.00/hour About Us Just Bee Acai is located in the Illini Union at the University of Illinois. We are committed to exceptional hospitality, high-quality products, beautiful presentation, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for every guest. We are looking to bring on a manager during this summer break Mon-Fri 10-3 and train them before the academic year Mon-Fri Approximately 9-6!

Mature, responsible, and dependable Positive, upbeat, and professional Comfortable leading and holding employees accountable Able to work efficiently under pressure without becoming overwhelmed Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive and takes initiative without constant direction Passionate about hospitality and customer experience Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of food service or hospitality experience 1 year in a supervisory or management role Team Leadership Supervise daily staff operations Coach employees on customer service and performance expectations Ensure team members follow policies and procedures Address attendance, performance, and conduct issues Assist with staffing adjustments during slow and busy periods Communicate schedule updates and operational needs Customer Experience Maintain exceptional hospitality standards Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service Operations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs Maintain portion control and presentation standards Manage online orders, curbside orders, and customer calls Quality & Standards Maintain consistency in food presentation Ensure hourly cleaning tasks for staff are completed Monitor adherence to workplace expectations Maintain an organized, professional café environment Training includes: Customer service standards Leadership and employee coaching Inventory management Product presentation standards Portion control Cleaning and sanitation procedures Opening and closing procedures Food preparation standards Staff communication Why Join Just Bee Açaí?
