As a General Manager , you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Burger King restaurant. You will lead the restaurant team, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain food quality and safety standards, and oversee daily operations while working toward sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. The General Manager will serve as a leader within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment, developing employees, and ensuring that Burger King standards and company policies are consistently followed. Job Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-focused environment. Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders to achieve operational and performance goals. Ensure consistent execution of Burger King standards for: Food preparation and product quality Guest service and satisfaction Restaurant cleanliness and appearance Food safety and sanitation Equipment maintenance and facility upkeep Inventory and product control Recruit, interview, onboard, and train restaurant employees as needed. Develop and retain a strong team by providing ongoing coaching, recognition, and performance feedback. Create and maintain employee schedules based on business needs while managing labor effectively. Monitor sales, labor, food costs, waste, and other key financial performance indicators. Ensure proper cash-handling procedures and maintain financial accountability. Address guest concerns professionally and take appropriate steps to resolve issues. Maintain compliance with company policies, Burger King standards, and applicable health and safety regulations. Conduct regular restaurant inspections and take corrective action when necessary. Ensure the restaurant is properly stocked and prepared to meet daily business demands. Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. Communicate company initiatives, expectations, and operational updates to the restaurant team. Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Pay:

$50,755.64 - $55,000.00 per year
