Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience at our Golf Course Clubhouse. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards, and drive profitability through effective management of resources. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all food and beverage operations, including dining, catering, and bar services Oversee food preparation, cooking, food handling, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are maintained Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize costs Maintain POS system with current offerings and prices Train staff on food safety procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols Monitor shift management activities to ensure smooth service flow and resolve any operational issues promptly Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to develop a motivated team of hospitality professionals Skills Extensive experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or quick service environments Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and kitchen management Proficiency with POS systems; excellent cash handling skills Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with effective communication skills Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food safety compliance Experience with managing catering events or banquet services is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously Basic math skills for accurate order processing and financial reconciliation Proven track record in staff training & development, team leadership, and managing hospitality operations Competitive Salary based on experience and knowledge.
