General Managers are the leaders of the restaurant management team. They provide direction, training and the expertise required to ensure the customer's expectations are exceeded, and each shift achieves its business goals. General Managers are responsible for daily operations, including, but not limited to:

• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage team schedules
• Interview, hiring and onboarding new employees
• Oversee coaching, training and developing
• Exercise proper food handling and facility management

Paid Training What We're Looking For:

2 years+ Restaurant General Manager experience Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas) Valid DL & access to private transportation Consent to background screening HS diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal laws Able to walk and stand for long periods and to lift up- to 50lbs.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
