Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Supervise and motivate staff, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development sessions Oversee food preparation and food handling to uphold quality standards and safety regulations Operate POS system for accurate cash handling and sales processing Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards Support shift management by coordinating schedules, supervising staff performance, and resolving customer concerns promptly Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Participate in interviewing and hiring processes to build a strong, capable team Proven experience in management or assistant manager roles within quick service, casual dining, or fine dining environments Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety practices Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Excellent supervisory skills with experience in staff training & development and team management Skilled in shift management, kitchen operations, and food production processes Knowledge of catering, banquet service, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates and managing team dynamics Commitment to food safety standards and food industry regulations Embark on this rewarding journey where your leadership fuels a vibrant quick service atmosphere!
