Shoney's of Glasgow, KY is currently hiring one Assistant Manager. Applicants must have open availability, be able to work day or night shift (until 10 pm), be able to pass a background and drug test and have a minimum of 2 year experience in the full service restaurant industry. Key responsibilities Daily operations:
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Assist with hiring, train new employees, provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the entire team, and maintain staff morale.
Customer service:
Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and coaching staff on service standards.
Financial management:
Assist with financial tasks like balancing cash registers, managing inventory, controlling costs, and helping to meet sales and profit goals.
Compliance and standards:
Enforce all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance and maintain operational standards.
Inventory and supplies:
Manage inventory levels, including receiving and organizing new orders, and ensure staff has the proper supplies and equipment.
