Drive family members as needed for errands or appointments while maintaining safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance oversight. Maintain confidentiality regarding private family matters and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Support property management duties including overseeing repairs or maintenance requests and liaising with service providers. Ensure the household runs smoothly through excellent time management skills and proactive problem-solving. Experience Proven experience as a Family Assistant or Household Manager within private residences or luxury hospitality settings. Strong background in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, and household staff supervision. Demonstrated expertise in event planning, schedule management, and property oversight. Previous experience in personal assistance roles with administrative responsibilities such as calendar coordination or travel arrangements. Skilled in childcare support with a focus on safety, engagement, and nurturing environments for children of various ages. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; experience driving luxury or private vehicles preferred. Exceptional organizational skills combined with time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of hospitality standards including customer service excellence in private or hotel environments is highly desirable. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
