Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and kitchen management to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste; conduct regular stock audits. Train, mentor, and develop staff members on food safety standards, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Coordinate shift management activities to ensure proper staffing levels and efficient workflow during peak hours. Implement food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular sanitation inspections and food handling training. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction; develop strategies accordingly. Experience Proven experience managing food and beverage operations within casual dining, fine dining, catering, or banquet environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with strong managerial communication skills; experience supervising staff is essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math calculations. Background in food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety management, and kitchen operations. Prior experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles with responsibilities including shift management and staff training. Knowledge of inventory control practices, budgeting processes, and profit & loss analysis within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development, training & development initiatives, and customer service excellence.
