What We're Looking For in
Our Next Assistant Manager:
More than a resume, we're looking for the right mindset. Our ideal Assistant Manager is extremely coachable and growth-oriented — someone who shows up hungry to learn, takes feedback and runs with it, and is always leveling up. You should be someone who can prove out that growth by coaching it right back into the team — building amazing teamwork and next-level customer hospitality in everyone around you. If you love learning as much as you love teaching, you'll fit right in here. Responsibilities Lead and coach the team to deliver standout customer service and fast, on-point food delivery. Keep food prep, cooking, and handling running like a well-oiled (and well-seasoned) machine, hitting quality standards every time. Own the daily shift hustle — scheduling, inventory, and keeping everything squarely within health and safety guidelines. Run point on POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Train new team members and keep coaching the whole crew so everyone's leveling up together. Keep an eye on kitchen activities and food production, making sure cleanliness, safety, and quality never slip. Help manage costs on food, labor, and operations to keep the business running strong. Turn customer questions or complaints into a chance to shine — solve it fast, solve it right. Sit in on interviews and hiring decisions to help build an all-star team. Champion food safety protocols and restaurant policies, every shift, no shortcuts. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in quick service, fast food, or casual dining. Solid chops in food preparation, cooking, kitchen management, and food safety practices. Comfortable with POS systems cash handling experience is a must. Real supervisory experience — you've led teams, trained people, and helped them grow. Know-how in inventory control and budgeting; catering or banquet experience is a plus. Top-tier customer service instincts, with the poise to turn a tough moment into a win. Can run shift management with energy and efficiency, even when things get busy. A hospitality management background, with experience building staff training programs and smooth operational workflows. Strong communicator who can interview candidates with confidence and build a genuinely positive team culture. The Journey Ahead This is more than a job — it's a launchpad. We're all-in on your growth, with real training in food service management, culinary technique, and leadership development. If you're coachable, hungry to grow, and ready to help others grow right alongside you, come make your mark with us!
