Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications 4+ years of Full-Service General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual or casual environment Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality Strong leadership ability, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity to lead a large team Build respectful relationships with every member while holding them accountable - integrity is essential Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operating costs Ability to manage all cost control centers and build sales through proper training and follow-through Proven ability to hire and grow strong teams, maintain high retention rates, and build bench strength Restaurant General Manager Benefits Base salary up to 85K + quarterly bonuses Unlimited career growth opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision with company contribution PTO/vacation accrual-up to 2 weeks the first year
