Surge Entertainemnt By Drew Brees is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager/ Operations Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a casual dining and family entertainment environment and possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our guests. Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests. Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a casual dining family entertainment setting. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in restaurant and family entertainment management software and financial management. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
