Monitor cash handling, reconcile shift totals, and follow company policies to ensure accurate reporting. Manage bar service quality for beer, cocktails, and specials while meeting speed and presentation standards. Coordinate with kitchen and floor leadership to manage ticket flow and reduce guest wait times. Handle guest concerns professionally, resolve issues when possible, and escalate to leadership per brand guidelines.
