  • Full-time, W-2 Lunchwell Collective provides recurring office lunches and corporate catering across Greater Boston.
We work with workplace teams to coordinate menus, meal counts, delivery arrangements, and billing. We're looking for a Client Account Manager to build lasting relationships with our business customers and keep their lunch programs running well. You'll report to the Head of Client Services and partner with customer operations, culinary, and delivery colleagues. This role has no direct reports. What you'll do Own an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining regular contact with office administrators and workplace leaders. Coordinate new program launches, confirming budgets, ordering deadlines, delivery requirements, and responsibilities. Review participation, spending, feedback, and service performance with customers, recommending practical improvements. Resolve recurring service concerns by agreeing on actions with operations and following through with the customer. Handle renewals and identify opportunities to add locations, meal days, or services where they fit the customer's needs. Keep account records, approved service changes, and revenue forecasts accurate, working with finance on billing questions. Daily order tracking is handled by customer operations. You'll step in when an issue needs account-level coordination or a change to the ongoing service. What you'll bring At least three years of experience in account management, customer success, or corporate hospitality relationships. Experience retaining business customers and handling service problems through to resolution. Confidence discussing budgets, renewals, and changes to commercial terms. Practical spreadsheet skills and the ability to explain account performance clearly. Strong organization across multiple customers and internal teams. Experience in catering, workplace services, food delivery, or hospitality is helpful. A specific degree or culinary background is not required. Schedule and working arrangements This is a Boston-based hybrid role. Expect three days per week in the office or at customer sites and two days working remotely. The usual schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 40 working hours per week , generally 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern Time , including a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Occasional earlier starts are needed for customer launches, with the day's schedule adjusted accordingly. There is no standing weekend or overnight on-call rotation. Local customer visits are part of the role, typically one or two per week. Overnight travel is uncommon. Approved business travel expenses are reimbursed. Compensation and benefits $75,000-$85,000 annual base salary , based on relevant account-management experience. 10% target annual bonus , based on customer retention, account growth, and service-quality goals. Target total cash compensation is $82,500-$93,500 ; the bonus is not guaranteed.
