About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated General Managers in Cranston, Warwick and Raynham, RI to lead all aspects of our business and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurant management, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, maintaining revenue and profitability goals, and ensuring compliance with DoH Health & Safety standards. They will also be responsible for supervising shifts, appraising staff performance, and creating detailed reports on revenue and expenses. This position reports directly to the District Manager and Director of Operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operationsRespond efficiently and accurately to resolve guest complaintsDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionEnsures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are metMaintain quality goals by regularly reviewing product quality and researching new vendorsOrganize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning productsControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteCreate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expensesPromote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events and recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operationsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
