Upscale Casual Restaurant We're looking for a leader who knows how to build great teams, run a great restaurant, and make people want to come back. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an established upscale casual restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their operation, develops their people, understands the numbers, and believes that exceptional hospitality starts with a strong team. THE ROLE

As General Manager, you will have a major influence on the culture, performance, and guest experience of the restaurant. You will be expected to lead from the front — setting the tone, holding standards, developing people, and stepping in wherever you're needed.

You will:

Lead, inspire, and develop the entire restaurant team Build a culture based on hospitality, accountability, discipline, and teamwork Set clear expectations and consistently follow through Create an environment where people enjoy coming to work and are proud of what they do Own the guest experience and make sure our standards are visible in every part of the operation Be present on the floor and connected to both guests and employees Recruit, train, coach, and retain talented people Develop managers and future leaders within the organization Drive sales through outstanding hospitality, strong execution, community involvement, and creative thinking Understand the financial side of the business and take ownership of labor, food cost, and overall profitability Monitor the operation closely and address problems before they become bigger problems Maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and presentation Ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards Work closely with ownership and leadership to identify opportunities and continuously improve the business

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous General Manager experience in an upscale casual, polished casual, or comparable full-service restaurant is required. Experience leading a high-volume operation and managing a management team is strongly preferred.

COMPENSATION

$85,000-$95,000 base salary / commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and incentives may be available.
