Responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating front- and back-of-house staff Overseeing daily service operations and ensuring smooth shifts Customer service and conflict resolution Managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Enforcing company policies and maintaining service standards Monitoring labor and food cost control Helping shape our growing dinner and bar programs Providing strategic input and operational support for new initiatives Who You Are We're looking for a leader who thrives in the hospitality world and brings a mix of passion, urgency, and professionalism to the table.
Requirements:
Lives within 30 minutes of Waltham, MA (We are not reviewing applicants who have resident locations out of state. Make sure you update your Indeed profile if you have moved or relocated to MA. Valid driver's license Open availability during all of our service periods (5 day, 40-50hr work week) Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience Restaurant management or supervisor experience preferred Hospitality, Business, or related degree a plus Current certifications (or willingness to obtain): ServSafe TIPS (Alcohol Awareness) Allergen Awareness Compensation & Benefits $27- 31/hr base pay, depending on experience with overtime ($40.5
