Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations Lead, coach, train, and develop managers and hourly team members Maintain high standards for hospitality, service, food quality, and restaurant execution Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls Monitor operational and financial performance and help identify opportunities for improvement Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Maintain company standards for cleanliness, food safety, and compliance Help build a positive, accountable culture focused on teamwork and employee development Step into the General Manager role as needed and help drive overall restaurant performance

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
