True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Assistant General Manager to join our team at our Springhill Suites/TownePlace Suites in Wrentham, MA. We offer awesome benefits and a great family culture.

RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

Acts as the hotels public relations director and promotes the property within the hotel industry, local community, and trade associations.

Assists in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.

Selects or assist in the selection of hotel staff, completes all new hire paper works & provides training to staffReview employees performance and conducts personnel actions such as disciplinary actions and terminations.

Ensures the objectives and goals of hotel and property owners work together to achieve brand positioning and success.

Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results.

Assist GM in key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.

Performs inspections and auditsProvides effective leadership to hotel team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Hospitality degree or experience in hospitality management. Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring. Strong background in the Food and Beverage Industry. We look forward to hearing from you!
