Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $100,000-$120,000 100% employer-paid individual medical insurance Dental and vision coverage available 401(k) program Paid time off and sick leave Complimentary shift meals Employee dining discounts Career advancement opportunities within a growing hospitality group What You'll Do Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional execution every day Build, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall experience Manage staffing, scheduling, labor performance, and operational efficiency Analyze financial results and take ownership of profitability, cost controls, and revenue growth Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards Recruit, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent Partner with culinary and service teams to execute business goals and maintain operational consistency Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive outcomes Support local community engagement, marketing initiatives, and special events that strengthen the restaurant's presence in the market Implement systems, procedures, and best practices that position the business for long-term success Qualifications Proven success as a Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a full-service dining environment Experience overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, inventory controls, budgeting, and P&L accountability Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience utilizing restaurant technology platforms, scheduling software, POS systems, and reporting tools Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hospitality, business, or culinary education is a plus Conversational Spanish is a plus If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys building teams, connecting with guests, and creating a restaurant culture people want to be part of, we'd love to hear from you.
