Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere. Coordinate with kitchen staff on catering, banquet events, or special promotions to enhance revenue opportunities. Skills Proven management experience within the food industry, especially in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary operations, and kitchen management practices. Expertise in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Background in hospitality management with experience in supervising food service operations at hotels or similar venues.
