Pay $16.00-$19.00 per hour (base pay + guaranteed tips) Guaranteed tips included Overtime paid at 1.5x your hourly rate Performance-based raises through our Operator in Training (OIT) Program Your Career Path Manager - In - Training → Shift Leader → Manager → Lead Assistant Manager → Store Operator (General Manager) We promote from within and invest in developing future leaders. What You'll Do Lead daily shifts and keep operations running smoothly Support and coach crew members throughout each shift Deliver outstanding customer service Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company standards are met Assist with food prep, cash handling, inventory, and shift execution Communicate effectively with the management team Training & Development Interviews held at Starbucks in California, MD Paid training at an established Jersey Mike's location Join the leadership team for our Lexington Park Grand Opening Structured Operator in Training (OIT) Program with pay increases as you complete milestones What We're Looking For Previous restaurant leadership or shift leader experience preferred Must be at least 18 years old Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable Passion for leading others and growing into management Apply Today Join PG1 Restaurants and build a career—not just a job.
