Job Description
Job Overview Assistant Managers are responsible for what happens during their shift. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping the store organized, the team accountable, and service running smoothly. You will help lead drivers and insiders, maintain standards, handle customer issues, support cash and inventory controls, and keep pace during busy periods. This role is best for someone who leads by example, works with urgency, and is comfortable being accountable for shift performance. What You'll Do Help run daily shifts and support overall store operations Assist with opening and closing procedures Lead by example on the floor during busy periods Help train, coach, and motivate team members Maintain service speed, order accuracy, and food quality Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Support cash handling and register accuracy Assist with inventory counts and product control Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Support drivers and insiders to keep the shift productive and organized What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or retail experience required Supervisory, shift leader, or key holder experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure Ability to work evenings and weekends Familiarity with cash handling and food safety standards Valid driver's license preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus What We Offer $16.00 per hour Paid training Employee discount Growth opportunities for strong performers Hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Growth Opportunities Strong performers may advance into General Manager training and future leadership roles.
