This is a Bonus Eligible Position What You'll Do As a General Manager , you'll lead daily store and deli operations while supporting your team and delivering an excellent customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop store team members to meet performance expectations Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and store appearance Ensure excellent customer service and consistent execution of Freshies standards Maintain compliance with food safety, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and fuel regulations Monitor sales, labor, expenses, and overall store performance to support business goals Manage ordering, receiving, merchandising, and vendor relationships Support promotions, marketing initiatives, and in-store programs Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accountability Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in retail or food service management. Strong communication and organizational skills. A hands-on leader who is dependable and goal-driven. Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. Willingness to obtain Serve Safe™ and Tank Smart certifications (training provided if needed). Why Join R. H.
