Job Description

Food & Beverage Outlets Manager (Full-Time) The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across our multiple dining venues, including Armory Lounge, Eighteen95, Room Service, Ironside Bar & Lounge, and Garden Café. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial performance. The ideal candidate will oversee front-of-house operations, manage and develop a team of 10-15 associates, ensure service and cleanliness standards are consistently met, and collaborate closely with culinary and hotel leadership. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, inventory and cost control, beverage and supply ordering, monitoring service quality, supporting banquet and event operations (including acting as Manager on Duty when needed), and contributing to marketing and revenue-generating initiatives. This role also plays a key part in training, coaching, and fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
3 years of previous food & beverage management experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with high-volume, multi-outlet operations preferred Knowledge of POS systems (Silverware/OpenTable) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join the leadership team in a historic, upscale hotel environment and play a key role in creating memorable dining and guest experiences.
