Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Dunkin' Donuts restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, profitability, and team development. The General Manager leads and motivates the team to deliver high-quality food and beverages while maintaining company standards, cleanliness, and a positive work environment.
